Warranty Claim

Submit a warranty claim for your PSP product. You'll need your Cover ID (serial number from your warranty registration) and photos of the issue.

Start with your cover's serial number

Enter the 6-digit SN from your cover label — we'll confirm we have it and pre-fill the product type. For hot tub covers, the SN is on the warning label.
